How we build a project

Every custom simulator follows a structured delivery path so the customer can clearly see how the concept moves into an engineered, buildable and supportable product.

  • Concept & brief — define the use case, users, fidelity and experience level.
  • Research & reference capture — gather aircraft, systems, dimensions and operational references.
  • Engineering design — CAD, software planning, visual-system choice and hardware architecture.
  • Prototype & prove-out — validate controls, layout, software and key technical risks early.
  • Production engineering — convert the concept into repeatable manufacturing and assembly data.
  • Final build, integration & delivery — assemble, test, commission and support the finished simulator.

The Concorde project

Simworx is also responsible for building a fully operational Concorde simulator — a project that says a great deal about the depth of engineering, systems integration and specialist simulation knowledge we bring to complex work.

It is the clearest proof that unusual, ambitious and technically demanding projects are exactly where we are most comfortable.
